What I Learned About Myself on We Dance for Good?

On June 1st, I launched We Dance for Good, the sweetest community gig for talented kids to participate, choreograph, and perform their own finger dance videos.
For every dance video submitted, Recruiting for Good, rewarded a kid a $20 Donuts for Daddy (from Dunkin Donuts) Gift Card for Father's Day. And a $20 donation to a NJ Food Pantry (goal was to raise $1,000). Our goal was to get 50 kids to submit videos by July 1st, 2021. We accomplished the goal in just 15 days.
One of the things, I struggle with is focus and doing administrative tasks, because I am ADD. But, I committed to TheBookWorm (girl's nickname) who inspired We Dance for Good, that I will do my best to help her complete the gig.

The Big Payoff is Role Modeling Positive Values for Kids

So, I put aside my feelings (and struggles), and focused on the purpose (commitment) to accomplish the task at hand with passion and play. And had fun every day. I learned how to make it a game of efficiency and productivity.

"In addition to the rewards, each kid (got to choose their own nickname), got their own blog posting and PR Release (and I wrote all the content too!)"
