An elite leadership accelerator and mentorship program for high-potential youth, engineered by Recruiting for Good Founder Carlos Cymerman and sustainably funded through Recruiting for Good’s premier corporate talent solutions.
Launched in 2020, Recruiting for Good has created over 100 unique gigs and has served over 100 exceptionally talented girls (1st gig Kids Get Paid to Eat launched in March 2020 15 Kids Reviewed The Top 100 Dishes in LA).
Based on the Girls Design Tomorrow™ methodology, this program is designed for exceptionally talented girls starting as early as the 1st grade to prepare them for life through creative paid gigs; because no one works for FREE, but the lucky ones work for GOOD!
What Makes a Gig "The Sweetest"?
Every month, the program rolls real-world workforce preparation, education, and mentorship into one sweet, personalized experience:
- Hands-on Teaching: Girls engage in creative paid gigs—like reviewing the best gourmet chocolate, bakeries, or ice cream in LA—to learn the value of a paycheck and discover their passion, purpose, and play.
- Real-World Learning: The work builds critical career values early on, including patience, positivity, perseverance, self-fulfillment, and self-care.
- Personal Mentoring: Girls receive dedicated guidance to build emotional intelligence, honor their feelings, and develop the assertiveness to clearly ask for what they need and want.
- Unexpected Fun Surprises: Every month delivers personalized rewards, delightful milestone gifts, and celebration treats to honor their growth and keep them inspired.
An excellent addition to the program structure. A mom mentor adds a powerful layer of real-world guidance, emotional support, and safety for the girls as they navigate their monthly gigs (once a month after they do their chores, and school work):

Launching in December 2026 Community Gig; Girls Party for Good
Girls who who successfully complete one year of paid gigs; can learn how to create and host a meaningful party for their community (besties and family members).
Recruiting for Good mentorship program teaches the ins and out of event planning and execution; girls earn while they learn, they also are paid to host the party and Recruiting for Good sponsors the party up to 5 friends/family members. Girls learn about budgeting, time management, and creating a fun fulfilling experience that makes a lasting difference.
Recruiting for Good Founder Carlos has hosted over 100 unique parties for kids, and women for the last 15 years. Leaders are always listening to what is needed...one of the most effective ways to make a positive impact in the community is by bringing together like-valued people thru a shared experience.

Just as in the real world, true excellence is rare. Out of 100+ participants we have guided over the years, only a select handful prove they have the exceptional drive to go the distance. ✦We only retain girls whose work is exceptional (just like in the real world) for multiple years; usually 3 years 2nd to 5th grade is our sweet spot.
✦Whose parents are easy to work with; we collaborate with mom/dad so everyone is on the same page (agree on age appropriate gigs, deadlines i.e.)
✦We only serve families where positive values already exist (respect our mom mentors), we're not a parenting service; we're a meaningful mentoring service

We Treat Girls Like VIPs!Instead of diluting our curriculum, Recruiting for Good funds these slots entirely through our core corporate recruitment activities, structurally turning traditional corporate placement fees into a force for social good.
To honor the professional men, women, and selfless networkers who drive this mission forward, we bypass standard marketing expenses.
