"Hi, my name is Radley, and last Summer I was diagnosed with type 1 Diabetes, and Celiac Disease. This means I have to be careful what I eat; and I can't eat gluten. I ordered a cheese pizza from the Pizza Cookery and I loved it. It has gluten free crust, and its super cheesy. I'm definitely going to get it again."
