"For my dish, I chose Cheeky Ramen from Tatsu Ramen. What I really enjoyed about it is the firmness of the noodle. The broth was both flavorful and filling. Also, the red saffron threads really bring out the color of the dish and the green onions add crunch. I always like ramen, but this one is my favorite."
