I started my path as a teacher, attended graduate school to become a therapist, and spent 15 years facilitating deep transformational work. Compounding that with over 25 years in the corporate recruiting industry, I saw a critical gap: we must prepare young professionals before they enter the workforce.
For the past six years, I have poured this multi-disciplinary expertise into creating the Girls Design Tomorrow™ methodology. Starting as early as the 1st grade, we teach exceptionally talented girls how to discover their passion, purpose, and play.
