
Company is looking for for candidates with solid hands-on mechanical engineering experience and practical problem-solving ability, especially those who have a genuine interest in taking apart, rebuilding, and recreating mechanical objects or systems.
Seven to 10 years experience, plus 4 year degree
at least 5 years in consumer electronics industry
- Deep dive with manufacturing team to be skilled at the product platform technology and core competitiveness of product line of the company, so as to promote this product line technically along with team.
- Regularly visit customer’s engineer to coordinate technical exchanges between R&D and customers, assist with customer solution verification and confirmation.
- Establish relationships with customer engineers to enhance customer’s satisfaction to further ensure smooth access to resource pools and projects info.
- Responsible for technical communication as well as promotion with customers and teaming up with sales personnel in securing project implementations/new project introduction.
- Understand technical aspects and application directions from customers, promptly output product technology roadmap, collaborate with the company to develop products with COMPANY’s advantages, and provide support of pre-sales technical analysis.
- Act as a DRI at front end in handling customer technical/quality complaints, follow up on production improvement progress to ensure effective resolution of issues at the customer end.
