Andrea Championing Green Causes
We are on a mission to help the world. "I really believe in green charities, because without the Earth, there is no party," says Andrea. The TV Host is an avid traveler, and is all too aware of the impact our technology has had on the environment. "I've learned that wherever you go, the environment is a huge problem. There's no escape, " Andrea says.
Recently, the issue has become more near and dear to her heart as her family has become more impacted by the climate change. "It breaks my heart to hear my Dad say winter is a struggle to survive in Chicago; that it's never been this bad. I don't think anyone wants to hear their family talk about life in such dire terms. But I can't say here in LA we're doing much better, because people are losing their homes to fires and droughts. The grass isn't greener, and sadly, it's not getting any greener."
Andrea is a firm believer that the environment has a huge impact on people's happiness, and when people are happy, the residual positive effects are endless. "I'm very optimistic about the human race. We always figure out a way to survive. For my generation, this is our problem. We have the knowledge, we have the technology, now it's up to us to figure out how to save the planet," Andrea says.
Party for Good Ibiza is a great way to share the message. Not only will we be sharing the world, but we will also be trying to save it through these nonprofits: Union of Concerned Scientists, Environment Defense Fund, and Eco Trust. Thursday July 17th
Salinas-Ushuaia
Enjoy the day at the famous Salinas Beach, where all the celebrities, like Kate Moss, go to relax in the sun. At night, we will party with the 5 time #1 DJ in the world, Armin van Buuren, for his State of Trance party at the Ushuaia club.
Friday July 18th
Lunch at Es Xarcu
We will have lunch with our toes in the sand at the gorgeous Es Xarcu Restaurant. You can take a dip in the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea before, during, or after lunch.
Sunset at Blue Marlin
At night, we will make our way to the famous Blue Marlin where we will watch the incredible Ibiza sunset to the soundtrack of the world's best DJ's.
Saturday July 19th
Magnetic Rock - Pacha
Ibiza is known as a magical island, mainly because of the Es Vedra rock, which many believe is one of the top three most magnetic points on earth. At night, we will party at the original Pacha nightclub in the heart of Ibiza.
Sunday July 20th
Formentera- Juan y Andrea - Cafe del Mar We will end this journey on a high note, with Andrea's "perfect" day.
Party for Good will hire our own personal boat to take us to the Formentera island, where we will have lunch at the super exclusive Juan y Andrea restaurant. (A reservation must be made months in advance) A small dingy from Juan y Andrea will personally pick us up from the boat, so we can arrive at the beach in style.
We will end this amazing trip with a final sunset at Cafe del Mar, before heading back to the "real world". Cheers!
