Since March 2020, yes in the middle of pandemic, when everyone was isolating; we did something sweet and remarkable. We hired 15 kids to write food reviews of their favorite dishes; and compiled a list of The Top 100 Dishes in LA for Year 2020 KidsGetPaidtoEat.com.
Since then, we have hired over a 100 kids to do a variety of creative gigs. Kids on our gigs get 'the real life' experience of working in a job! 'I am the boss' (Carlos, Founder Recruiting for Good).
Kids who do a sweet job...land another gig just like in the real world. Some of the kids on the gigs have now been working for 3 years (this is a mom review).

We Teach What Schools Are Not Teaching
Lasting Fulfillment... confidence, communication skills (writing hand scripted, and verbal presentation without grades), and self-learning thru reflection. We provide positive feedback to build skills from a non-pressured, non-competitive environment; to learn self-improvement. We teach kids to compete with themselves!

Before starting, staffing agency, Recruiting for Good, Sweet Founder Carlos Cymerman attended Grad School to become a Marriage & Family Counselor. And worked for 10 years as a teacher. Over the course of the last 15 years, Carlos continued his education and leadership development by creating sweet community services/solutions that make a lasting impact (Girls Design Tomorrow, Mom & Me Lunch, Our Moms Work, The Foodie Co-Op, The Sweetest Gigs, We Find Your Plus One, We Party for Good, and Men Kickass).
