The recruiting industry has afforded me an extraordinary life; completing my bucket list for travel when I was 40. About 10 years ago I tried and failed to collaborate with travel agencies and travel companies to fund travel through recruiting referrals; and my company (we travel for good) failed miserably. Because I was willing to do anything to make it work; except sell travel. And the travel industry is driven by sales. My philosophy for business and life has always been purpose over profit (how can I best serve people and solve staffing problems at companies? Find the most talented professionals in a timely manner. And How can I improve the quality of life for candidates, clients, and the community? By using my talent for good!).
