How Does Recruiting for Good Prepare Girls For Life....
We've created a meaningful mentoring program; "Girls Design Tomorrow." Pre-teens are empowered and given real life opportunities to create lasting change by using their creative talent for GOOD! One of our most talented girl is 14 year old BooksandLooks, she is responsible for designing sweet mom and me trips in NYC.
On her mentoring program, she earns money for her content..."Because NO ONE should work for FREE...but some of us are lucky enough to work for GOOD!" Based on her expert input, and reviews; Recruiting for Good creates sweet trips to reward (Travel to Celebrate Women). When a family successfully participates in 1 referral 1 reward to earn one of our sweet dance trips; (BooksandLooks) will also earn $500.
She creates positive content that matters to you...
This is for Dads Moms and Family Members Who Have Girls in Dance...
Want to Positively Impact The Trajectory of Her Life, Gift and Share Meaningful Travel.
That is the reason BooksandLooks' content exists (families can get real insight from the mind of an expert in dance; who is only 14 years old). According to Malcolm Gladwell, "Researchers have settled on what they believe is the magic number for true expertise: ten thousand hours." That's about 10 years. BooksandLooks is both an expert in Dance...and What Pre-Teen Girls Love1
Want to know what girls really want? Our unabashed, super talented phenom will tell you about the sweetest dancers (her passion) you need to see and experience; and who are also role models.

The Sweetest Dancer to Experience and See...in NYC!
Dancing has been a huge part of my life for the last 12 years - and since I’m only 14, that’s more than 3/4 of my life. I practice ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, lyrical and hip hop for hours every week. There’s always room to learn and improve, but I’m proficient in all of these styles of dance! Ballet is the basic foundation for almost every style of dance and requires a great deal of discipline, dedication and musicality.
Without ballet the technique of dancers would be subpar. Ballet movements are beautiful, graceful and tell a story, and no ballerina does it better than Misty Copeland. It would be an honor and a dream come true to watch her perform live on stage. She is a dance prodigy who, in mid-2015, became the first African American woman to be the principal dancer in the American Ballet Theatre. Since then, she’s also added published author, Broadway performer and featured stage dancer to her resume. Misty dealt with many challenges in her early life including abuse, poverty and body issues, but overcame them all to become an inspiration to many, especially young dancers.
Misty once said, “Be strong, be fearless, be beautiful. And believe that anything is possible when you have the right people there to support you.” Encouraging words from a dancer whose moves are as beautiful as her spirit make me want to slide on my ballet shoes and dance!
