How to Create Equality in America

I am fortunate that my parents gave my sisters and I love, support, and strong belief in ourselves. And most importantly, values about making the world a better place to live. For the last 20 years, I have been fortunate to positively impact people's lives and their families by finding them jobs they loved.
I was never an 'A' student, but I was a curious thinker and daydreamer, I am ADD and dyslexic. And you wouldn't know that up to my late teens had the inability to express myself...I struggled with language (by the time I was 12 years old, I had lived in 3 distinctly different countries, having to learn a new language each time). Overcoming obstacles is my thing. I love going against the grain, Recruiting for Good is just that...we are not your typical agency...nor do we want to be. We're on a mission to create equal access to summer camp by funding scholarships...we're using recruiting placements to do just that.
Why Fund Summer Camp?
To prepare kids for tomorrow's jobs today...and skip college...if it's not your thing...

- The most talented developers and technology professionals I ever placed...never had a college degree. They are passionate problem solvers, who work well with others (these are skills and values that can be easily learned and in a fun way at STEM/STEAM summer camp).
- Talking to friends, and moms the biggest angst their kids suffer from is having to pay back college loans for 5-10 years.
- Kids are apt to learn tech faster these days, because they are surrounded by it. And instead of going to college, in a couple of summers they can learn the basics to inspire a career in tech. Solve tomorrow's problems today.
- Camp inspires creativity...provides a equal forum to grow from within...and also provides a social escape that is fun, fulfilling, and rewarding...there are NO Grades...No Pass or Fail...there are vast opportunities to connect with like-minded friends who positively impact your life....and perhaps if you are lucky enough...find your soul mate too.
