A friend of mine, Lauren Schneider introduced me to Corazon de Vida. When I met Hilda Pacheco-Taylor, the founder, and she told me her story about how she came from the orphanage I was enamored with the opportunity to use recruiting for good to help the orphans.
Most People don't know that I am Mexican. And although I look like a gavacho (a person with light complexion), I am really a chilango (a person from Mexico City). Whenever Mexico plays the U.S. in soccer I have mixed feelings because I love both.
How Does Community Help a Community
