When I launched, Recruiting for Good 25 years ago; I knew what life would be like...I love helping companies find talented professionals. And I love to treat candidates like real people. Conversations never timed, and sometimes they last for hours. I am grateful to find a profession that rewards me everyday...with opportunities to improve people's lives; and companies bottom lines.
