Why The Sweetest Gigs are Just for Talented Kids?

in Mar 30, 2023

Kids on the gigs grow their skills. It takes time and effort to create a symbiotic and trusting relationship with kids. I am Recruiting for Good most of the week; and the rest of the time, personally mentoring the kids.

What I love most? Is getting kids to year 1.

After the first year, kids start to create their own gigs.

This is one of the girls on the gig. Sprinkle Bella is 10 years old, has been working on gigs for a year…she recently started learning French. So, I surprised and bought her a French Cooking Book…and this is what she sent me…She now is responsible for creating her own gigs. Passion Purpose Play (the 3 values I teach all the kids)!

Seeing them take ownership is a sweet win. Not every kid has a desire to stick it out for a year. But the ones that do earn the sweetest rewards; the freedom to create their own gig (job), is a powerful and meaningful experience for self-appreciation and growth.
