For the last 10 years, I have created meaningful social projects that served girls (Girls Design Tomorrow), and moms (Our Moms Work); now I have created a sweet social impact project for dads and sons.
'Kickass in LA' is a Social Impact Project for Purpose Driven Dads and Sons to 'Create A Sweet Day in LA' (event/party/project).
I am assembling my team of mentors to properly serve Dads and Sons (launching in 2024).
The purpose of Kickass in LA is to teach leadership skills.

How I Kickass for Good?
Before I started Recruiting for Good 25 years ago, I was a teacher for 10 years. Recruiting for Good is a staffing agency in LA helping companies find talented professionals sweet jobs; and generating proceeds to make a positive impact. Over the course of the last 10 years, I have created and led community projects including; ‘Our Moms Work’ and ‘The Sweetest Gigs.’
I have created and sponsored 100’s of parties (even one in Ireland while on vacation).
Educational Background
I completed my first year in Grad School (MFCC); before, I switched gears and became a recruiter. In 2008, I joined MDI (Mentor Discover Inspire) a nonprofit that taught men how to lead in life (family, community, and work). I stayed with MDI for 10 years. And left with purpose driven skills and wisdom to create meaningful community projects, parties (A Sweet Day in LA) and social impact services. I have successfully mentored kids, moms, and men too. And changed over 1000 lives in the last 25 years.
I didn't realize my potential to make a positive impact till I turned 40. And over the course of the last 10 years I completely transformed my life thru education, mentors who supported me, and service to the community. I don't sit idly waiting for change to occur; I lead and find sweet solutions.
Growing up...wish I had a Dad who taught me to be a man. That is why Kickass in LA is meaningful to me.
