How Recruiting Co-Op Works?
"Simply, introduce a manager (that you personally know, a boss, friend, or relative) hiring professional staff, Recruiting for Good finds an employee (with set skills); and earns a finder's fee that is shared 50/50 with Co-Op member who initiated the introduction."
Any Co-Op member, who enables Recruiting for Good to provide a company staffing services will earn 50% of proceeds generated (from fulltime placements). We can help companies find Accounting/Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing, Operations, and Sales professionals.
Social Economic Solution
Co-Op members receive funding for K-12 education (tuition for private and religious schools), food (dining/super market gift cards), and rent.
