Mission and Purpose

To Improve the Quality of Life for 100 Co-Op Members (and their Family).

Co-Op members participate and enable Recruiting for Good to generate proceeds thru staffing services.

Co-Op members that successfully participate; earn 50% of the proceeds generated from first placement.

5% of continuous proceeds generated from secondary placements will benefit the Co-Op member.

And 5% will be shared with our co-op community (to fund members' benefits, or programs/projects).

Co-Op membership is for 1 year***.

Improve Life for Co-Op Members By Helping Fund

Education (K-12 private school tuition).

Food (dining/super market gift cards).

Rent (apartment and college housing).

We carefully select Co-Op members to participate in our Collaborative Equitable Funding service

Members are in 'Good Standing in the Community' (members volunteer, and make a difference)

Proceeds generated beyond the 1st placement are shared by Co-Op Community

How to Join Co-Op Recruiting

Must Live in LA and Be at Least 25 Years Old to Participate

Email Sara@RecruitingforGood.com to schedule a time to speak with Carlos Cymerman, Founder of Recruiting for Good.

  • Co-Op member completes call; and is invited to participate (introduce a company hiring professional staff).
  • Recruiting for Good helps company find and hire a professional for the company; and earns a finder's fee.
  • Upon completion of probation period (90 days); co-op member receives 50% of proceeds (from finder's fee) to offset the cost of living in LA (food, education, or rent).

Co-Op Members will be issued 1099's, after receiving proceeds from placements; and will be responsible to pay taxes accordingly. Option for Education Funding tuition is paid directly to school.
For apartment rent (Starting in Marina Del Rey and Santa Monica) and college campus housing funding service (in 2021 for UCLA and USC); proceeds are paid directly to landlords/university. 
***Co-Op Members whose referrals continue to garner proceeds past the first year; will continue to earn 5% of proceeds garnered from (staffing services) and have voting rights for community projects.
