How Kids Participate in Chocolate Contest
Kids Must Attend Middle School and Live in LA
Kids Answer the Following;
"What is one thing you love most about your mom, and why?"
Kids Write 2 Sentences (Takes 10 Minutes to Complete)
Kids need to hand print their entry (no typed entries), parent take a picture of answer
