How to Live to 103 and Party for Good?
- Do something meaningful that is good for you and the community every day.
- Spend quality time with loved ones; family, friends, pets, and grandkids too.
- Learn something new, that you love to share and teach others.
- Write in a journal everyday.
- Take some 'You' time.
- Be productive, spend less time online or watching TV.
- Exercise...go for a walk even for just 10 minutes everyday.
- Eat food you love, that is good for you too.
- Laugh, cry, and get mad...honor your feelings (don't dump your feelings on others, or online). Call a friend, write a letter to yourself, or scream at the world (at the beach).
- Drink plenty of water, sleep 8 hours a night, take naps, meditate everyday...and take your supplements/vitamins.
If you have more time than most...travel as often as possible to see the world for GOOD!
