Since 2020, Recruiting for Good has been running The Sweetest Gigs a meaningful work program teaching kids; sweet skills, success habits, and positive values. In 2024, kids (9-13 years old) who work on The Sweetest Gigs on trips (cruises).
Recruiting for Good hires mom mentors (whose kids have worked on The Sweetest Gigs) to help kids complete gigs. Our sweet creative gigs take 5 to 10 hours to complete. Recruiting for Good rewards a $500 travel gift card for each completed gig. Kids can work on 5 gigs in 1 year to earn $2500 toward a sweet cruise trip.
