Recruiting for Good Founder, Carlos Cymerman created Girls Design Tomorrow™ in 2020; a meaningful leadership development program. Tweens are invited to participate in community gigs, and create social causes/clubs. Girls discover their passion, purpose, and play. Girls learn sweet skills, success habits, and positive values; by participating in creative experiences and developing communication skills thru different mediums.

"We make learning leadership skills a sweet and fun experience; by supporting girls to create their own sweet book clubs. Tweens organize a group of their besties, choose books they love to read and share. We also make life more fulfilling thru fun shared experiences (Recruiting for Good sponsors both books and chocolate for 12 months). Recruiting for Good sponsors Tweens' Club Tees Design Experience; tees are printed and shared by book club members and their moms too!"
