1. How much can I earn from making a referral? Typically, Recruiting for Good earns $10,000-15,000 for a finder's fee (50% of Fee would amount between $5,000 to $7,500 in supermarket gift cards).
2. How long it does it take to earn 50% of finder's fee? Typically, 90 days after Once newly hired employee completes probation period. Recruiting for Good will send 50% of the finder's fee in supermarket gift cards to person who initiated introduction to company.
3. Can I participate more than once in referral program? Yes.
4. After reimbursement of Gift Cards; Recruiting for Good will issue a 1099.
