1. Do you know a company hiring professional staff in Accounting, Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing, or Operations?
Simply, introduce Recruiting for Good to a decision maker in a company (CEO, CFO, or VP of HR) someone you personally know (best friend, boss, family member, neighbor, or spouse); person responsible for hiring staff for the company.
2. Once, our recruiting team finds the company (referred) a professional that is hired; Recruiting for Good then, earns a finder’s fee.
Typically after introduction is made; searches take 1-3 months to find the right candidate. After the candidate is hired, and completes their probation period (90 days); Recruiting for Good earns a finder's fee.
