Sweet Day in LA: Sweet Lady Jane’s

For March’s “A Sweet Day in LA," we went to Sweet Lady Jane’s, a bakery in Santa Monica. There were six girls ages 8-12, along with their moms who were asked to review cakes, as well. There were many beautiful cakes to choose from, and each girl chose different ones to taste. There was a competition in which the moms and daughters submitted their reviews and two lucky winners received a special prize. As an unexpected surprise, all of the kids received a goodie bag consisting of a French postcard, macaron gift card, a lovely pop up card, and Sugarfina ice cream gummies. With all of the extra gifts, the girls definitely felt special and excited for the next sweet event.
