The best thing about attending a Pre-Cinco de Mayo Party in Santa Monica...you get to spend some quality time with your dog and meet sweet human friends. You never know, who might be your next best friend (boyfriend or girlfriend too). And your dog may even win cutest pet contest ($100 for shopping).
Daija Wilson's winning word for creative writing contest, We Use Our Voice for Good; was Reflection. Recruiting for Good rewarded her a $500 We Shop for Good Gift Card for Sustainable Brand Savannah Morrow.
I love mentoring kids...because, they teach me how to improve and become the man I am meant to be! Recently transformed my business card, after mentoring artist Colors by Ryan...I am not a square...I am a circle
Fashion Fairy is a 15 year old NJ Girl destined to work in fashion. She landed paid creative fashion writing gig for Girls Design Tomorrow. She is our first fashion contributor, writing about what she loves or not. Her insight and voice matters to us all.
12 year old NJ Girl is a Talented Creative Phenom who has been working on The Sweetest Gigs for the past year and a half. She has completed more gigs than any other kid. She leads We Dance for Good community gig, co-created Aisle 1 'Super Market Gig' (sweet gig reviewing Wegman's supermarket food), completed Grateful for Pie...and after this last super sweet review of Jeni's Ice Cream, she earned a bonus pay (her own pair of Golden Goose Shoes). She also landed the 1st fashion venture spot with Girls Design Tomorrow (mentoring by Taryn Hipwell and Sponsored by Recruiting for Good) to design clothes that make a positive impact.
Ryan is a sweet talented 18 year old LA boy on the Spectrum; who has been commissioned by Recruiting for Good to create monthly works of art. Every month, Ryan comes up with a concept to draw and express his fun love of art. In April 2022, Ryan drew Skiing on Pyramids.
4th grade girls, SprinkleBella and RainbowCakes are BFFs in LA. They collaborate and work together on The Sweetest Gig, iReview Ice Cream. In April 2022, they reviewed Sweet Rose Creamery's Carrot Cake.
We, at Recruiting for Good have created Girls Design Tomorrow, to change and transform lives for good. Instead of opening the doors to many; we are carefully selecting girls who have the DNA to go the distance.
Linnea Duvall passed away in 2018, and to honor her memory...I never use the word compassion or gratitude again in my creative writing contests (for me both words delineate from the same feeling or state of being, you can't have one without the other). I truly miss her smile, sweet laughter, and wonderful stories.
