Before starting Recruiting for Good 25 Years Ago, I was a teacher for 10 years in Elementary School, Middle School, and Special Ed. I attended Grad School to become a therapist, when 'Alan Gregor' a recruiter inspired to quit...and become what I was meant to be. For the last 12 years, I have learned from leadership nonprofits and high purpose educational programs (training) 'how to create meaningful services/sweet solutions' that make a positive impact.
These are just a few of my accomplishments...In the last 10 years, I co-led a creative writing program at a High School, been sponsoring community-wide creative writing contests, created a personal mentoring mom program 'Our Moms Work,' created countless sweet beauty & foodie parties (for women and kids), while on vacation in Killarney, Ireland created a beauty+chocolate party with beauty shop 'What Women Love,' and for the last 3 years, I have had more than 100 kids participate in The Sweetest Gigs for Talented Kids (teaching sweet skills, success habits, and positive values) both in LA & NJ.

How to Create Lasting Change in The USA?
Recruiting for Good delivers SWEET staffing services and solutions to companies hiring professional staff. And generates proceeds to fund fulfilling experiences that prepare kids for life. In the last two years, I (Carlos) have been successfully collaborating in NJ with Moms and Their Pre-Teen Girls to Co-Create Community Gigs (Grateful for Pie, We Dance for Good, We Pitch for Good). I mentor girls to co-create sweet events, experiences, and parties too; that are good for them and for the community too!

How Legends are Made...
"We're using recruiting placements to help fund The 12 Month Community Gig. Yes, kids are personally mentored by moms for one year (we appreciate our moms, who need to be paid for their time). Kids work on creative fulfilling writing gigs to build up their confidence, discover their passion, fuel their play (creativity and imagination). Culminating in sharing their sweet experience by creating a fulfilling experience/party that is Good for Them and The Community Too!"
