Recruiting for good has taught me so many great lessons about life...most importantly love what you do, do it with great care, and don't negotiate your happiness/freedom.
This is your life, you can choose to do anything with it....I simply love helping companies solve staffing problems, and love helping candidates land kickass jobs....I am at peace when I do both...
But I have added a third more fulfilling dimension to life...fun for good...inspiring kids to love work and life by role-modeling positive values....
I have created and led programs for kids for the last 3 years...and I have found a collaborative partner that aligns with my values, Parrish Walsh...she is so talented...and is leading 'We Use Our Voice for Good.' A creative mentoring program for girls. Now, I am using my company, Recruiting for Good to get behind it and fund it.
