1. Be remembered for being a class act, and a professional (Please don't be a TalentHole).
2. The working world is a very small community, and people remember everything (you need good references forever).
3. Leave your co-workers and managers better off than when you are working for them (good karma for your next job).
4. Give your current employer feedback so that your exit can save them from loosing anymore employees; while simultaneously improving working conditions for your co-workers.
5. You never know, sometimes a new job doesn't work out, if you are talented and a class act; there is a good chance your employer might re-hire you.
